Thanks for your interest in our beautiful Florida home.
Our primary home is in Southern California "for now" as we move towards retirement in a few short years. I currently serve as the Director of the Josephson Exemplary Policing initiative at Drake University – one of the nation’s premier ethics training centers for police officers and administrators.
My wife of 35 years, Beth, and I recently purchased this beautiful home which has been COMPLETLY remodeled! We are looking for renters who will enjoy this home and treat it as if it was their own.
