"There’s no question that user-generated reviews are here to stay. Benchmark Hospitality found that a whopping 80 percent of agents believe that this consumer tool is only at the beginning of its growth trajectory, while 50 percent of agents admit to using online reviews in determining booking options. More hotels are sending “thank you” emails, asking guests to comment on some of the most popular review sites and, as travel reviews continue to gain popularity, hotels will develop unique programs to solicit these reviews from their guests."

Renter Feedback and Property Reviews The quality of your rental experience is very important to us. That's why we ask you to share feedback about the property you rented. when you provide accurate reviews and timely comments, it helps ensure that the properties represented on this website meet the highest standards. Plus, your comments about your rental experience give other potential tenants a good idea of what to expect from that property in the future.

What's included in a review

A property review consists of two parts:

1. A numerical rating score ranging from 5 stars  for 'exceptional experience' to 1 star  for 'very poor experience'.
2. Comment about your experience renting the property. include details about the landlord and the renting experience.

All the comments and scores that you provide become a part of the property profile. the scores are displayed as a star, representing the average rating given by the tenant who rented the property through CHBO. You can find the score and comments on the reviews tab of each property listing's details page. In your review, you may want to address the condition of the property, the ease of rental, and/or the quality of the property owner's business practices. Do not include the owner or property managers name for privacy reasons.

How to complete a review

First, open the listing of the property that you rented. (You can search for the property using the search tool by location or property id.) When you find the property listing that you rented, open up the listing details page and click the review tab. select the amount of stars you believe the property review deserves and then write a review comment in the supplied box. In order to leave a review you must register for free then login to CHBO. Register or Login then follow the above steps. Here is an example of how the review will display on the listing: John 08/05/2014 This owner was easy to work with, and the property was in excellent condition! when we arrived we were very please at how spotless clean it was. We found the kitchen appliances and utensils were very sufficient, as were the linens and bedding. All the furniture was comfortable. the wrap-around deck had nice views and we enjoyed lounging there enjoying and daily refreshments. The locations was such that visits to attractions both east & west were convenient to get to, as was Rocky Mountains. After you submit your review, CHBO will review all entries and then post to the ad after approval. The owner/property manager has the option to comment on the review added. CHBO has the right to reject any review posted. Please note: Once you leave a review, it cannot be edited without directly contacting CHBO. You are solely responsible for your content.
