Affiliates - Those individuals affiliated with CHBO based on their business relationship via links, referral programs, etc.

This is a notice to advertisers and renters. The accuracy of the information listed on CHBO site is the sole responsibility of the property advertisers. CHBO does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of the information.

It is responsibility of all parties engaging in business (visitors or advertisers) on the CHBO  site to perform any and all necessary investigations regarding any claims.

CHBO is not responsible for any errors in the property listing. Information contained in property listings is not confirmed or warranted by CHBO. Rates and conditions of the listing are subject to change by property owners without notice. Property owners set their own refund and cancelation policies.

If a property owner wishes to remove their listing from actively displaying on the website, they  can inactivate the property listing and reactivate it in the future as long as it is within the contract period. In other words the listing will be in force through the original term and the renewal date will not be changed. If a property owner sells their property, CHBO can transfer the listing to the new owner with no charge and the termination date of the contract will remain the same. No refund will be given for  properties that are sold, regardless of whether  they are transferred to a  new advertiser.

CHBO is not a licensed real estate broker or rental agency. CHBO does not take commissions associated with any transaction. Please contact the property owner directly for any questions regarding property rental.

CHBO reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the CHBO website, it becomes the property of CHBO and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the CHBO web site without written permission.
