Yes. CHBO works with providers of furnished apartments worldwide that we pass your request to. If you are interested, submit a housing request and we will process your information.
On the property listing page click on the rates tab. Each property listing has different rental terms and pricing determined by the advertiser. If pricing is not shown, you will need to contact the owner in order to get this information.
No, they are all individually owned and managed by either the owner or a property manager. Often the person representing the property is shown on the sidebar of the property details page.
Any payment you make for renting property will be strictly between you and the person managing the property. Many owners accept credit cards, and most accept checks, and other forms of cash payments. The forms of payments acceptable to the owner are listed on the property detail page under the rates tab.
No, your information is held in the strictest confidence and is not shared with anyone. It will be sent directly and exclusively to the advertiser of the property. the information you choose to share with them is at your discretion. CHBO does not share any personal information with any other companies. If you choose to use the message system through the CHBO website, the other party will not get any information you do not choose to provide. We do not send you promotional emails of any kind from other companies.
On each detail listing page, there is a tab at the top called, Reviews. Click this tab to view any comments made by previous guests. If you are registered and logged in, you can add a review by going to a specific property and again clicking on the review tab. Not all listings have reviews. There is an indicator in parenthesis showing the total number of reviews from the search results and details page.
In order to leave a review for a property, you must register for free then login to CHBO. Unless a user sends you a request for a review then registration is not required.
First, open the listing detail page of the property that you would like to review. Search for the property from the home page, or from the top of any page. (You can search for the property using the search tool by location or property id.)
When you find the property listing that you rented, open up the listing details page and click the review tab.
Select the amount of stars you believe the property review deserves (1-5) and then write a comment in the supplied box then hit submit review. Once you click on the "Submit Review" button, an email will be sent to your registered email giving you a confirmation that your review has been queued to be verified before it is posted in the review section of the property.

You must be registered and logged in to click. Simply locate the properties you like and click the star/heart link associated with that property listing. Of course, you must be logged in/registered to use the bookmarks option. once you saved a property, you can return to it later and share it with others. check your dashboard to review all saved listings.
