Corporate Housing by Owner, Inc. wishes to ensure we meet your photographic requirements, and towards that end, we have found understanding what to expect is essential. Becoming familiar with these terms and conditions helps make this possible. Some terms may vary depending on the photo assignment.
The Process
CHBO will send out a 'CHBO certified' photographer who will meet you at the property on a date and time agreed upon by a CHBO representative, the customer, and the photographer.
The photographer will photograph the property, inside and out. The property's square footage will determine the number of pictures to be provided, which should be indicated before the shoot. The photography session should typically last no more than one hour.
Once the shoot is complete, the edited photographs are added to the customer's property listing within 3 days. CHBO will upload these photographs to the appropriate property listing. The customer can rearrange the order of the images and add captions to describe each photo.
Payment
Full payment must be received before the photography shoot can be scheduled. All payments are made via the CHBO website.
If the property owner negotiates with the photographer to add additional photography services, the property owner shall pay the photographer directly.
Photographers are not allowed to move furniture or perform tasks other than the photos they were hired for. Our photographers are allowed 30-45 minutes for your scheduled photoshoot. Please be mindful of their busy schedule.
Cancellations and No-show
Should the customer need to cancel, CHBO must receive notice within two business days of the date of purchase. No cancellation or refund will be honored within 48 hours of the photo shoot scheduled time. Please submit all cancellations via the contact us form. Re-shoots can be scheduled by using the Contact Us form. There will be a $200 charge for re-shoots.
Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds: Should the Client need to modify or cancel a confirmed appointment, the Client is responsible for notifying CHBO no later than 5 PM Mountain Standard Time, 2 business days before the appointment. If the client modifies or cancels an appointment after 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time the day before the appointment, the following fees will be assessed. If the client is late to the photoshoot, a Late Fee of $100 will be assessed. If the client cancels the photoshoot, a Cancellation Fee of $200 will be assessed.
