My family and I stayed with Barbara and Jerry on a 3 month business trip with 3 young children and a puppy! As soon as we arrived everything was great! I used to run a cleaning business and cleanliness/organization are a big must for me specially with kids. The house was very clean,clutter free and organized. The house was stocked with everything we needed to get started (soap,paper products, laundry detergent,etc.) , Barbara even offered to go get us coffee so that we would have it in the morning! Days I had to go into work Barbara was so helpful and sweet by offering to take our puppy on walks and keep him company when he was crying! Haha puppies can be a handful and it was so nice not having to worry about him. The yard was perfect for the our dog and kids! A nice perk is that the house back to paths which are nice to walk on and also lead to various parks and soccer fields. The neighborhood is very quiet, very clean and very nice neighbors. Work ended up lasting a little longer and Jerry was great at accommodating the last minute request to stay an additional week. All in all it was a great place to stay! If you want are looking for a family friendly pet friendly home in a beautiful area you will not beat this home or the landlords :) Thank you Jerry and Barbara for everything! We look forward to staying with you again in the future!!

This place was wonderful! We have rented here since August while our house is being built. We purged most our furniture and the rest of our things went to storage. We needed a short term furnished place and this was perfect. 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family if 4. The landlords, Jerry and Barbara, have provided all you need right down to kitchen gadgets! It's very comfortable and the neighborhood is great. With utilities included, it made a short term rental so much easier!!! And they make sure you have what you need. With two young children and two working parents, we needed excellent internet for our streaming, work, and school. They made sure we were happy and offered to adjust if it wasn't adequate. Jerry and Barb live in the basement but we never felt awkward or uncomfortable. They have a private entrance so it's more like a duplex with a shared garage. We see them on occasion and they are so kind and friendly. My husband was short an egg making Christmas cookies with the kids and they were happy to help! We paid them back with some cookies. They love both of our kids and have not once complained when my 7 year old ADHD boy goes berserk or my 4 year old screams her head off because she has a newfound need for independence. The front and back yards are lovely and my 1st grader really enjoyed the covered deck when he had to be online all day for school. We have a dog and a cat and both were welcome. I can't say enough about our experience here. And I hope to keep in touch with Jerry and Barb. I feel like we've made new friends!

I stayed at this property for 6 months while I was looking to buy a house, and Jerry and Barbara not only welcomed me but also my large dog and cat. Everything I could ever want at the house was provided and furnished, and even an amazing porch and backyard with a grill! You’d never know they lived in the basement, super quiet and private. But if I ever needed anything they were always available to help lend a hand. Just loved my stay and that really allowed me to take my time to find just the right home to buy and not rush the process.

These are the best landlords anyone could ever have! We put them to the ultimate test with our 6 little children for an 8 month stay! They warmly welcomed our large family and NOT ONCE did they complain of all the ruckus our family made! If that is not impressive enough, they went above and beyond their duties in caring for the home and made sure all of our needs were met immediately. The home was clean, beautiful, and well furnished. They supplied everything to keep a large family like ours very comfortable which was a blessing since all our things were in storage while we waited for our home to be built. We can honestly highly recommend this wonderful home and this couple who have now become a part of our hearts forever!

We had a situation like Marty the other reviewer for the place. We sold our place and needed a short term furnished rental May to September - just bring your clothes and move in. The place worked just great for the four of us plus our 55 lb dog. Jerry & Barb were terrific and they loosed the hound now and then for us too.

We lived in this home for six months while our new home was being built. It has nice accommodations. Besides having three bedrooms, it has a nice deck, BBQ, and yard. Jerry & Barb live in the basement, which at first caused us some concern, but it turned out to have several advantages. Other than seeing them occasionally coming or going, you rarely see them. And, if you ever need anything, they are very accessible. They are very accommodating and even volunteered to let us use their Christmas tree. This home met all of our needs, and we were glad to live here while in transition.
