My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of renting from Mike and Donna for three months. This unit is beautifully furnished with everything you would need for your stay. The building has many amenities such as a fitness center with a sauna, pool, and hot tub, and a community lounge with multiple TVs and a pool table. There is someone at the front desk 24/7. The apartment is in a perfect location in downtown Denver; within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Mike was always quick to respond to questions and/or concerns. He is such a genuine and kind landlord! I would highly recommend renting this unit!!
