We stayed here for three months. The location of the unit is super convenient with great access to Union Station, restaurants and activities of LoDo. The unit is quiet, clean and functional and views of the mountains can't be beat... Finally, the owners are fantastic. They provide clear communication, are upfront and responsive to any issues. I highly recommend everything about this place.

I would say it was a 3. Serviceable and clean — good location downtown. The pool was very small/murky/half inside so never used it. Much older crowd — I would say the average age was 70+. We will stay at a different place when we have more time to look but it was totally fine.

The pool and fitness remodel is anticipated to be completed in January 2020. The building demographic is students to retirees with the majority of residents being working professionals.
