My family and I are new to the Seattle area and we found this location on cbho and stayed here for 3 months until we purchased a home. We were the first tenants to lease the apartment. The downstairs apartment is newly renovated with a nice and well maintained back yard and the house is located at the end of a private road with very little traffic. The yard was a great place for my 5 and 6 year old to play and the house is walking distance to several small play grounds. This house is located in a great school district and my 6 year old was able to finish out the school year at Mill Creek Elementary. The land lord is very nice and responsive if there are items in the home that require any repairs. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for a furnished place in the East side.

My husband and I were doing some major renovations to our house and needed to temporary place to stay. We felt comfortable with our stay here. House is clean and located near shops and freeway not to far. The landlord was so kind and offered me roses from the garden during our stay. Had a few issues with wi-fi on occasion but other wise would stay here again.
