All rentals are for at least 1 month. Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer. Credit and background check required. A responsible party such as an employer can sign the Rental Agreement, but Occupant is ultimately responsible for complying with all terms and payments. All utilities and internet are included. Semi-monthly cleaning service included (and cannot be excluded) with stay of more than 30 days. Pets subject to additional monthly fee and terms. Additional cleaning, laundry, pet, and concierge services are available for additional cost. Details of these and all other terms are contained in the Rental Agreement; guests must agree to all terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement (available on request.)

We found the Park Home at the last minute on the Friday we arrived in Denver, Laurie met us on Saturday for a detailed tour, and we were moved in on Sunday, so I am very grateful for the quick response from Laurie -- she really got us out of a messy situation we found ourselves in after a 2-day drive to our new city. We only stayed 4 weeks, but could not have been happier with our stay -- the home is in a great location in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and had much more than we expected. I couldn't believe we found a place with a 2-car garage, and was thrilled to find it was an oversized 2-car garage, so no problem at all having two cars parked in it & still being able to get around and even store some of our stuff. Laurie has done a wonderful job thinking about all the little things that you need to show up in a home and have it actually feel like a home. The home was extremely clean, toiletries were stocked, the kitchen was ready to go, etc. Internet speeds were great, there are 2 new Roku-driven TVs so Netflix and all the others were readily accessible, the king bed in the master is super cozy & there were plenty of extra blankets for when we got a surprise cold snap. There are 4 workspace options, and my wife, who works 100% from home, ended up working from the workspace near the living room, and she loved it. Plenty of natural light from both sides of the living area & a super quiet neighborhood made it perfect for her. There's a really private gated back patio, which I I think is uncommon for a townhouse, so that was super nice as well. There are hundreds of non-chain restaurants nearby, so we had fun trying out a bunch we'd never heard of before. Laurie is super attentive and responsive, and if we ever need a temp home again, she'll be the first person we call.

Our family stayed at this residence for 3,5 months, and it was wonderful! The pictures really don't do it justice! We Loved staying there, the owners are incredibly kind, and very professional! The kitchen had everything we needed, and lots of extra storage space. The apartment is bright and airy, you have access to a nice green area in the front, and are super close to a great playground at Hutchinsons park. I really can't say enough good things about our stay, and how accommodating the owners are! Loved it!

Look no further, this is your peaceful home away from home in a perfect location. Quiet, comfortable and airy with a cozy king bed. We especially enjoyed the walking trails just around the corner. With ample restaurant options nearby you don't need to cook, but we could easily obtain supplies for homemade meals. Wonderful private patio area with a bbq and plenty of closet space if you are relocating, or overpack! The owners are attentive but not intrusive. You'll love The Park Home.

A 5-Star Review for a truly 5-Star Stay I travel extensively from London with my work and often have to set up home temporarily in another city. I can honestly say that The Park Home is the best corporate housing I have ever stayed in. The owners were always one step ahead and thought of everything I could possibly need. It's clear that they have put a great deal of love and care into the property. From the moment you step through the front door, it feels welcoming and homely. In my experience, often somewhere has all the facilities you need, but lacks any character or warmth. The Park Home delivers on all fronts, which is why I've given it my rarely-bestowed 5-stars of approval. From the fresh bagels on arrival to the personal tour and extensive knowledge of the whole surrounding area. It’s spacious, quiet and incredibly comfortable. The king size bed is simply sensational and I blame it entirely for nearly making me late to many morning meetings. The neighbourhood is perfect, all amenities nearby and Denver central in striking distance. In short, if you're debating whether The Park Home is right for you, I hope you'll allow me to be a little presumptuous, when I say yes, yes it is. Unless you plan to stay there when I'm back in Denver, in which case I'm afraid you'll have to find somewhere else :-)
