I had an absolutely amazing experience renting this unit. Extremely clean, updated appliances, both bedrooms have comfortable beds and bedding. Tons of closet and dresser space. Double vanity in the bathroom with an in unit washer and dryer was a key element to my stay. When I originally found this rental, I was worried about the price. It has been a few years now, and I continue to rave about my experience here with the place itself and the location, and how I would spend every penny again. It is a super secure, and SAFE place that includes a parking space in one of Denver's most seeked out living areas with limited parking typically available. The front desk man Robert, is amazing and super helpful. He secures all packages if you have anything delivered it goes through him! It is super rare to have everything you need and want in one place!!
You even get an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony, while living in a QUIET downtown unit!
The very few times I needed to contact Nes about any issues I had, he promptly responded AND FIXED whatever minimal issue I had.
10/10 Would recommend, and if I had another travel assignment in Denver, I would rent from Nes again!

I rented this unit while waiting for my new construction to be finished. My 5 year old son and I had a blast. Very clean, safe, and convenient. The unit has absolutely everything you would need besides clothes and food! Nes was responsive and professional, the 24 hour door people were awesome. Highly recommend this unit. No complaints in the least. 5 stars!!
