If you are looking for a fantastic, short or long-term, furnished, two-bedroom apartment, 4846 E. Kentucky Ave, Apartment B, in Glendale, CO 80246 is the perfect spot. It is a beautiful condo with attractive modern furniture, including a matching leather sofa, loveseat, a comfy recliner in the great room, a circular dining table, high end, stainless steel kitchen appliances, including a Bosch dishwasher, and granite countertops, a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, a 2nd bedroom with twin beds, a loft set up as fully functioning office, two modern bathrooms, a remote gas fireplace, 3 tv’s, plantation shutters throughout, and a one car garage with an extra refrigerator/freezer along with onsite parking for an additional vehicle. The location is ideal, being close to downtown Denver, having easy access to major highways, and being in a lively neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, activities, and shopping. The complex is quiet with beautiful greenery and a dog park. Most importantly, the owners, Gregg and Brenda, love their condo and respond quickly to any request for service, striving to keep the unit in top-notch condition. They treat you like guests, rather than as renters, and they made my stay so comfortable that I renewed my short-term lease several times and ended up staying for almost two years!

I stayed here for 2 months and the experience was excellent. The location is wonderful, the unit is clean and well appointed, and it is also very quiet. Gregg was a wonderful host, and I highly recommend. I plan to rent this again if I need to be back in Denver.
