Details and Terms:

$2350 per month with a one-month minimum stay. This includes utilities. Any utility bill exceeding the average will be the renters' responsibility. Mail cannot be received at this property. Must park in a designated spot using a provided decal. One visitor pass included as well, upon space availability in marked spots. A fee of $250 for any passes/ decals not returned at the close of your stay. A move-out cleaning fee of $175 must be paid at the time of the rental contract. Cleanings are available during your stay at a rate of $125 at renters' expense. Linens are included.
