I couldn't have found a better place to stay than this 1 bedroom! Diana and Brian are the sweetest people and were always around to answer any and all of my questions. I was moving to Charlotte sight unseen and Diana arranged a time to FaceTime tour me through the apartment! I would definitely stay in another home of theirs again! Everything (!!) you could need for a long (or short) stay is in this unit, and when I say everything I mean it (there was even a blender and crockpot on top of all the usual everyday dish-ware). The loft upstairs gives you the best space to host guests on a weekend trip while still having your living room area put together. The location also couldn't be more perfect, the complex and surrounding area is very safe and you'll see lots of people walking their dogs at night. You can walk a few blocks and be in the center of uptown or walk the opposite direction and be in a quiet residential area. It's the best of both worlds!
Perfect place to stay in Uptown Charlotte!! I enjoyed this one bedroom apartment to its fullest. My favorite part is the balcony over looking the city and the ideal location. I could walk to multiple parks via the green, and walk uptown to many restaurants and activities. The neighborhood is mostly quite and is located right by the interstate. The apartment is spacious and posses all the extra amenities needed. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Diane is also very helpful if you have any questions about Charlotte. She also went out her way to return clothes that I left behind! I would stay here again 100%.

This is a great location for a short or long term stay. The condo is nicely furnished and loaded with everything you’ll need for your stay. The bed is very comfy and large. The location is very convenient to center city and all of the great venues in the city. The location is very walkable but I do recommend having a car. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of parks nearby. The view of city skyline is beautiful as well. I highly recommend this location.
