We are one week into our stay at Melinda’s house and we couldn’t be happier. She has been so helpful and responsive. Her house is absolutely beautiful. We can’t wait to spend a few months here.

My husband and I and our small dog stayed here for 6 months (Nov 2021 - May 2022). We originally signed up for 3 months with the ability to renew month-to-month while looking for a home in northern California. We loved staying here. The off-street parking was great. Having a small park across the street for our dog was wonderful. The place was really open and bright with a wonderful city skyline and bay view. We loved the location in Potrero Hill. The neighbors were wonderful and although the landlord was not local, she had hired the fellow next door to address any issues we encountered during our stay, The bi-weekly house cleaning and a regular gardener allowed us to enjoy the place with little hassle. The home was very appointed (kitchen, linens, etc.) The office and 2nd bedroom were a real plus as we hosted our out-of-town son a few times. All-in-all a very enjoyable stay for us near our family as we hunted for our future home.
