Usually, the only sound we hear at night is an occasional owl or seal; yet with all of this we are close to shopping (10 minutes to Target, Costco and Albertson's Grocery), 12 minutes to St Anthony's, and 20 minutes to the Tacoma health care facilities. Some of our neighbors are MD's, and they work in Tacoma. There are many safe, great places to walk, hike, ride bikes, paddle board and other activities.
