Maximum Stay Policy: This property is marketed as a short-term rental. Stays longer than 6 months are not permitted.

Stays of 30 days or more: Subject to a 1.75% lodging tax. Stays of less than 30 days: Subject to a 6.75% lodging tax and 7.27% sales tax. Payment Processing Fee: A 3.59% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card.
