Minimum Stay Requirement: Please inquire for stays of less than one (1) month.
Monthly Rent: Month-to-Month Lease: $3,800 per month. Extended Stay (3 months+): $3,550 per month. Budnled utility cap of $300 included, overage will be deducted from security deposit.

Maximum Stay Policy: This property is marketed as a short-term rental. Stays longer than 6 months are not permitted.

Stays of 30 days or more: Subject to a 1.5% lodging tax. Stays of less than 30 days: Subject to a 4.3% lodging tax and 7.5% sales tax. Payment Processing Fee: A 3.59% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card.
