We just adored our stay in this soigné apartment that is elegantly appointed, you’ll want for nothing, the hardwood floors are gorgeous and so are the furnishings. The convenience of having your own washer dryer is fantastic. Plus, the landlords are just wonderful! Incredibly responsive and kind, you’ll feel completely taken care of in this city. Great walking area with numerous restaurants in this adorable neighborhood. We are very much looking forward to our next stay!

I loved my time in this great place. The apartment is spacious, bright, and well appointed. I wanted for nothing during my year-long stay. Landlords were around when I needed something but otherwise I hardly knew I was sharing the same building. Everything you need is close by and the neighborhood is great for walking. Loved my walk to Metro along quiet tree-shaded streets and having restaurants, coffee, groceries, and a rec center with tennis courts, pool and indoor gym right around the corner. I was sorry to leave when my assignment ended.

I really enjoyed my 6 month stay here.  I had seen a bunch of properties before finding this one, and it really stood out.  It’s part of a house, not a small box in a building.  The space is great and it feels like a home.  The street is beautiful, lots of trees and people walking about. Yet, I was able to walk to work, the metro and even the farmers market within just a couple of blocks. The host was great, very accommodating and responsive.  I’m sorry I have to leave and will definitely book it again if work brings me back to DC.

What a beautiful place! This one bedroom is more spacious than most two bedrooms in the city. And, it's very clean and tastefully decorated. As someone who also loves to cook, the kitchen is also well equipped. Believe everything that you read about the apartment and more. The owner has been very easy to work with from beginning to end. That said, we encourage you to stop looking and take advantage of living in a beautiful apt. in one of the nicest part of the city.

At the nexus of Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan and Kalorama Triangle, the apartment is a quiet oasis just a moment's walk from restaurants, grocery stores, retail, nightlife, gyms, the Metro and more. My husband and I lived in this wonderful apartment for a year and regretted having to leave when his detail assignment to DC ended. It was spacious and comfortable for two, and larger than most we considered in the same price range but in less desirable locations. The onsite landlords were responsive and friendly, yet respected our privacy as tenants. In short, you couldn't ask for a more favorable arrangement. Should my husband and I return to DC to live temporarily, the first place we will look for an apartment is here---hoping to build upon the positive experience and memorable year we spent living in this perfect place.
