This listing was a Godsend. Working with the Owners Rebecca & Gio Aretos was a pleasure right from the start. The Apartment itself was as good as advertised, better even, because of the service of the Front Desk, the fantastic location, the Security, and the overall convenience of the entire setup was remarkable. If all CHBO listings were as good as this one is, I would never stay anywhere else than a CHBO apartment. I feel, however, that this experience was made unique by the incredible Owners who were very accommodating to my unique situation. They were attentive and responsive to my every need and if something was amiss, they moved heaven & Earth to remedy any concern. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer. A "Million Dollar View " is just the tip of the iceberg to this newly, impeccably re-modeled apartment. tastefully done with all new appliances, furniture, and trimmings. Worth every penny they are charging for it, in fact, it's a hell of a bargain. I wanted to write this stellar review because I couldn’t thank Rebecca & Gio enough for sharing this place with me. Staying at 400 W. Ontario St #1304, was truly the best part of my entire stay in Chicago and the only thing I will miss. KW.
