New Orleans Luxury Charm - Heart of City - Corporate Housing Rental - 6854

This is a comfortable property, very conviently located for anyone working in the entertainment industry in NOLA.; a quick commute to Second Line Stages. It is also located near great restaruants and City Park. It is a great home away from home for anyone working in NOLA for an extended period of time.

I rented this beautiful property for an extended stay with my little boy while we were in New Orleans for his medical care. It was important to me that we found a safe, clean place to stay. The location is excellent, in a lovely family-friendly neighborhood a short drive from both downtown New Orleans and the suburbs. It is very close to City Park, and we loved exploring all that it has to offer. The home is stocked with everything you could need, including a fully stocked kitchen and high quality appliances that made cooking a joy. The bathroom was also well-stocked with everything you might need, down to band-aids and cotton balls. Cleaning and laundry supplies were also provided, making our stay that much easier. The private driveway was one of the main reasons that we selected this property, as so many rentals in New Orleans only offer street parking, and we didn't want to risk not being able to find a parking spot near our rental. The house is also beautifully decorated with artwork celebrating New Orleans culture and history. There are lots of options for food delivery to this location, which made staying here during Covid easy, as we didn't feel comfortable going to restaurants but wanted to experience the local cuisine. Most importantly, the owners are absolutely wonderful people! During our stay, we had to evacuate due to a hurricane, and the owners were so gracious and generous in helping us to manage the sudden disruption to our stay, and we were so grateful for their flexibility and kindness. Because we stayed for an extended period of time, the owners even provided a house cleaning midway through our stay. I would absolutely stay here again if we visit New Orleans in the future, and I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a well-appointed, clean, quiet, safe, and well-located rental with great management.

Great location, wonderful house and the owners were incredibly nice.

I have leased the Little Easy for 2 years in a row for 5 weeks each time and found it to be my home away from home. The unit is clean upon arrival and is easy to maintain. Incredible AC system. Even when the temp is over 100, no need to set the temp below 72. Great location, safe neighborhood. Was able to leave top down on convertible at night all summer without a single incident. Owners are very flexible and operate this property professionally. I am in NOLA yearly and this will be my home away from home as long as it is available. I strongly recommend it to anyone in need of comfortable corporate housing.

Very clean and comfortable. The owners were very hospitable and clearly care about their renters. The location is very convenient both to the interstate and the street car line. The neighborhood and neighbors are quiet with the only downside being the condition of the street. However, I am familiar with the NOLA area so that was not surprising. Drive nice and slow and there is no problem. Think of it as a continuous speed bump :-)

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 months while transitioning during a move to New Orleans. The location was great. It was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The Little Easy had all of the comforts of home!

The Little Easy was perfect. I had a team of three sailors competing in New Orleans for an extended time. The layout was great as we all had room to spread out and unwind at the end of the day. Moreso, when our wives came in at the end of the competition, there was still plenty of space. Recently renovated; everything seemed brand new. Furnishings are comfortable, kitchen was great and the study provides a computer, printer and internet access (as well as wireless) we used for checking weather conditions at the beginning of each day. Location is a big plus - only minutes from the lake and we took taxis downtown for a reasonable fare. Being close to 610 and Canal, the location is easy to find. I very much enjoyed our stay and the owners were pleasant, accommodating and prompt. I recommend The Little Easy with high regards.

This apartment is amazing. We rented this for Mardi Gras 2011 and were very pleased. The owners are easy to deal with and very accommodating. I took a redeye flight in and they had someone meet me with a key earlier than usual so I could rest. They want you to feel like this is your home away from home and they accomplish that well. Everything in the apartment is high end from the comfortable beds to the high end kitchen. The apartment is open concept which is great for hanging out. We had five adults stay in the apartment and didn't feel like it was cramped at any time. It has one and a half baths with a stackable washer and dryer in the half bath. The computer with printer attached is nice for being able to look up directions or checking into your flight. . The neighborhood is quiet which I really appreciate especially going for Mardi Gras so you feel like you can get away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment is a convenient drive to both downtown/French Quarter and the airport. There is a cafe (breakfast and lunch) and a neighborhood bar (no food) within walking distance of the apartment. This place is definitely a five in my book and I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next vacation to New Orleans.
