Great neighborhood in Fremont! Stayed 7 months this past Winter and loved it! Short walk to many great restaurants and grocery! You won't be disappointed!

My family of three just relocated to Seattle from DC and stayed here until we found a house to purchase. Oliver made the process really easy and he was terrific to work with. The location couldn't be beat. We had no problems living here without a car for the first two weeks. The furnishings were complete and comfortable, and it was an especially nice set up to work from home. I had everything I needed and my family lived comfortably for two months with only what we could carry on an airplane. Clean, comfortable, reasonable, walkable, and friendly. I highly recommend.

I had the great pleasure of staying at this wonderful, clean one bedroom executive condo in the Fremont District of Seattle. The apartment is very well appointed, fully furnished and provisioned for any length of stay. The gourmet kitchen is equipped for those who chose to cook "at home", but the apartment is located centrally in one of the most interesting neighborhoods in Seattle, with great restaurants, shopping and transit nearby. The building sits between Fremont Avenue and a quiet alley, providing easy access and dedicated parking right behind the building. I was most impressed with the natural light in the apartment, with windows on both the east and west sides of the building.

WI FI and a printer are included, and security is excellent. Owner/Manager Oliver gave us an excellent orientation and assured that our every wish was promptly attended to. I am delighted to give this quiet, convenient and very comfortable “home away from home” the highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed.

Very well mantained apartment with all conveniences furnished. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and a short walk to downtown Fremont. We enjoyed our stay very much and Oliver, the manager, was very helpful and available when needed. We recommend highly and are already thinking about our next trip there.

This is a welcoming, relaxing, peaceful place minutes from cafes and shops. The apartment has everything that you would need to set up housekeeping, everything has been put in place for the renter.

Most impressed with the "flow" of the entire apartment. The perfect place to be, especially on a rainy day. A quiet apartment complex, which matches the community. Definitely a great place to "recharge", especially after a long day around the city of Seattle. We've listed this apartment as one of our places to stay while in the Seattle area. Lets do it again!
