Apparently renters want to be eco-friendly too. A recent survey said that 60% of renters want eco-friendly features in their rental properties, including on-site recycling programs and energy-efficient windows.
Note to investors: If you're offering a rental property that has any eco-friendly features, make sure you add keywords like, eco-friendly, energy-efficient and recycling to your listing's keywords!
