I just read an interesting article on the Rev N You website, Does the Size of Your Rental Portfolio Matter?, that I wanted to share with all you property owners out there. The article basically says that you should let the size of your investment portfolio get you down. Size doesn't matter. For example, you can have a large portfolio comprised of 10 properties, but if none of them generate positive cash flow for you, you would have been better off with no properties at all. But if you have one property that is generating $500-$1,000 revenue for you each month, then you should be proud of your small-but-productive portfolio. In other words, if the size of your portfolio is bringing you down, read this Rev N You article and remember, it's not the size, it's the performance of your investment portfolio that counts.
