"I was at my rental property and some people stop to ask if I was renting my house. It is listed with CHBO so naturally I said yes. They then asked if I had it listed on craigslist, to which I replied NO! They showed me the add, and we both flagged it! They simply copy and pasted my CHBO listing. 1) CHBO codes each photo with the CHBO logo to help prevent the easy copy and
paste
2) Also on CHBO we do not give exact addresses only a general area for mapping so the actual address is never available
3) On CHBO we personally review all property listing before they go live to do
everything we can to prevent this from happening on CHBO
Thank you for taking the time to share your story and help the next potential renter and property owner be more aware.
