I loved this place! I had work in Chicago for a few months and didn’t know the city. I knew I wanted a secure building in a safe, convenient neighborhood. We struck gold! This was the perfect place to be for my Chicago adventure. The apartment was fantastic. A 1/1 with an awesome view on an upper floor. I loved falling asleep at night watching the city scape in front of me. The parking was easy and you don’t have to circle around looking for a space because it’s dedicated. The building is secure and has a nice gym and fantastic rooftop terrace where you can relax and have dinner sometimes. The location simply can’t be beat. Lakeshore East Park is right in front of the building. We loved that park. Plus, we were within yards of both The Riverwalk and the Lakeshore. We walked everywhere! There’s a major grocery store right there, along with a coffee shoot, restaurants and pharmacies. If you’re a runner or walker, you’ll love this spot! Knowing nothing about Chicago before arrival, I’m so grateful we chose this spot because it really made this work adventure in Chicago worth it for me and my spouse. I highly recommend this unit. The owner was easy to work with and prompt with deposit return. And…for a furnished unit in Chicago, it was a much better deal vs. popular booking sites and local property managers.
