This is a wonderful home in Colorado Springs. I stayed in this home for 6 months with two other coworkers and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. As females, we always felt very safe in this home and in the surrounding neighborhoods. The location is great and Suzanne is a joy to work with. If I was in town again, I would not hesitate to stay here!

This house is the perfect spot and has everything you could need! It is in a great location, the house is very clean, and the pictures posted are very accurate. The landlord is very kind and responsive. She was always quick to assist if we had any issues. She even checked in on us and gave us recommendations since we were new to the area, it made us feel very welcomed! I would absolutely stay here again!
