The Sunset House is a cross between a Cowboy Cabin in the woods and a luxury home with Lake Michigan views. This 4 -5 BR (all King beds) 2.5 BA is fully furnished and fully stocked to cater to traveling professionals and displaced families seeking a "turn key" home for immediate move in. It is available all year long with no "move out" clause for the summer vacation rental season. However, please be advised, that if you are ONLY renting for the summer vacation rental months of June, July and/or August, the rent for this, our "high season", is $5500 per month.
