- A Month to Month Lease will be required by all guests prior to occupancy - we do work with Corporate & Insurance Relocation services & are flexible on Lease/ownership and Rates.
- Rates include Tax
- A Pre-Arrival form will be required to support a Lease Application & Standard Background Check prior to lease and fund collection. Lessor reserves the right to decline to lease based on background Fico Score, legal record, & Financial History.
- A deposit will be held based on background check and past reviews (amount varies from $2500
- Pets are allowed upon approval with a non-refundable fee.

A cancellation fee of 4% may be held to cover admin and CC fees.
