Details and Terms
This rate includes fiber internet, yard maintenance and a present amount for utilities (solar panels keep the electricity prices below $15). In addition, starter supplies are provided with a professionally cleaned home upon your arrival. Regular cleaning service throughout the stay is not included in the price, but is available. Pet fee is for professional cleaning of the rugs; it is not per pet. Any other damage (pet-related or not) will be deducted from the security deposit and charged accordingly.
