Have you heard about NARPM? The National Association for Residential Property Managers
I have found over the years that this has been one of the most valuable memberships I have had. Through their educational and informational content I have gained useful tools, tips and ideas and I am kept up to date on new laws that can make a big difference in how I manage real estate.
When I was getting started in my real estate property management career I found attending local monthly NARPM lunches also connected me with great vendors and new ideas that made my business stronger.
