Details and Terms
Full security/damage deposit at lease signing. First month's rent due prior to occupancy. Must complete rental application with references. 30-day notification prior to vacancy. All cancellations or reservation changes must be made in writing. Reservation is confirmed via receipt of deposit and signed agreement. If cancellation made prior to 30 days of arrival, deposit shall be returned less a $100 fee. Cancellation within 30 days may result in forfeit of full deposit.

Chris and Kye are absolutely wonderful to rent from! The apartment is impeccable; from the bed and bedding to the comfortable couch to the great patio with a gas grill everything works as expected, is clean, is comfortable and is of high quality. And the location can’t be beat - there are restaurants everywhere, foot bridges into the heart of downtown and stores within minutes. Personable owners who actually take pride in the rental and it shows. Would rent here again without hesitation.

Had a great stay at Chris and Kye's place! The apartment was clean and spacious with lots of closet and storage options, the kitchen was well outfitted, great working area with two monitors, and the bed and couch were very comfortable! The location was perfect, with easy access to anywhere you'd want to be in Denver, parking was easy as well. Communication with the owners was always easy, and they gave great recommendations on things to do and cafes/restaurants to try. Would absolutely rent again!
