I had an amazing year in this unit. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and truly felt like home. The owner was exceptionally responsive to any needs and ensured everything was promptly taken care of. The building's location is perfect, offering plenty of dining options, nightlife, and opportunities to explore downtown Denver. The building staff is fantastic, and I especially appreciated the 24/7 concierge service—I'm going to miss that! The grill area, clubhouse, and gym are also top-notch. The unit itself had everything I needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dishes. The living room was cozy and offered a great view. The bathroom was luxurious with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of closet space. I couldn't have asked for a better stay at such a great price! Thanks, Carly!

We rented this unit for 3-1/2 months and would highly recommend it. The unit is very comfortable and well equipped and has a nice large kitchen. The building is well located, well maintained and quiet. We used the gym quite a bit. It is spotless and has every type of equipment that you might need. We had one small maintenance issue arise during our stay and the owner took care of it immediately.
