1.DEPOSITS:
a) Proposed Tenant must deposit $1,000 to take the property from the available listings to pending approval.
b) Once accepted, prior to occupancy, Tenant shall place an additional $2,500 on deposit. A total sum of $3,500 to be used as a $3,000 refundable security deposit and a $500 non-refundable cleaning fee. If a pet is to be included an additional $500 non-refundable pet fee must be included.
c) Prior to occupancy; The premises paint will be refreshed as needed and it will be professionally cleaned.
d) All rent payments are 30 days in advance.
2.TERM:
a) Six (6) months MINIMUM stay there is no maximum
b) Term may be extended subject to prior approval.
