First and foremost, Richard is a great owner that really cares about the comfort and happiness of his guests. He has been very responsive when we needed to reach him and has gone above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The pictures are very representative of the unit. Lots of natural light and views of the city and a great local park across the street. There is daily entertainment in the park with the meeting of local dogs and their owners. Lots of fun to watch the social gathering. Amenities are great with this unit. Top floor, great televisions, good wifi, covered and secure parking and close to downtown. We highly recommend this property.
