My wife and I stayed at Mark's place for 6 weeks. It's a great location with close proximity to two highways, subway trains and with a grocery store right across the street. The neighbors are friendly and maintain a low profile. The house itself has everything you'll ever need. Mark is a great host and readily available to assist with any questions or concerns. Great place to host family and friends or just hang out and chill in the backyard patio. We'll definitely consider renting again in the near future. HP

This fully furnished apartment is well equipped by a very prepared owner. From wall paintings, to wireless speakers, TVs in every room and a grill in the backyard, this home was perfect for a short-term stay in the Windy City. The neighborhood is low- key with plenty of local businesses and a supermarket nearby. Downtown is about a 15 minute drive and O’hare not too far away. My time here was one of convenience and privacy. None of the neighbors are noisy and gentle swooshing of cars put me to sleep most of the time when in the living room. I HATE noise, so this was a huge plus for me. If you’re like me and decide to use this property as a workspace, I highly recommend setting up shop at the kitchen island. You’ll get the benefit of the open space, wireless speaker for background music and wall paintings which are attention grabbers for zoom meetings. During warmer climate, I suggest working from the backyard for a work-cation. I had a positive experience and look forward to coming back.
